Bruce is a financial professional with over 35 years’ experience, 18 years in the insurance industry (broking and underwriting) and 17 years within the New Zealand Commercial Banking sector, which brings an understanding of businesses and their risks from a number of levels. 

Having been through the Christchurch earthquakes reinforced the importance of risk management of personal and business interests, it makes the difference between the business reopening or closing after an insurable event and reduces stress and anxiety in personal lives

Joining Asset this year, Matthew brings youth and vibrancy to the office and the team. He has experience Sales and Marketing, and also a background in property management. This combined with his experience in Cricket, here and overseas, knows first-hand the benefits of a team and training, putting in the yards to achieve the results – for Asset, but more importantly for our clients.

Joining AIP in 2014 after 30 years in banking, personal and business, Sue’s attention to detail and process has allowed AIP to maintain growth and still maintain our levels of service. From 2019, Sue and her husband have decided to hit the road in their caravan and see New Zealand. AIP have decided to utilise technology and create a role for Sue as our Internal Auditor, she will still ensure that all is true and correct.
